No matter how many times reapplied with excellent grade TIM and Noctua nh-d14 my cpu will hit 62c under full load stressing. summers coming and I wont be able to oc.
Should I lap and lose warranty? Not that it's super expensive to replace.

Rosewill R5 case
8 case fans (Couger vortex and Corsair AF's)

In short: Yes, if you have had the CPU for more than 1-2 months, its worth loosing the warranty.

You say you are getting 60c. If you are using the stock heat sink, you might want to change it, because it isn't the most reliable. 60c is 140 f, thats pretty hot.

This card is pretty reliable, so if you have made it past the first 1-2 months, the CPU probably isn't bugged. Also, make sure you have the case fans in the right way, (So make sure you have an equal amount of inputs and outputs of air, dont have any circuits, and also, I hear the stock cooler for the 8350 isn't very good.) If you need more help with air flow inside the case, go to this place: http://www.iceteks.com/articles.php/casecooling/1

8 fans, and you still are getting hot... There must be a problem somewhere.
