I've recently purchased this fan : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186034 . (I know it's a PWM fan but it also comes with a 3 pin)
As it turns out, it doesn't come with a 4 pin plug for the power supply. Since I'm already using the only chassis fan plug on my motherboard, I'm going to need a 3 pin fan header to a 4 pin molex to plug into my power supply.

Will that work as a 3 pin fan header to a 4 pin molex?
