I have a problem with my 2 sticks of 4gb ram where only 3.9gb is usable, and the other 4.1gb are "reserved", it's been narrowed down to the fact that i need to do something called "memory remapping" in my BIOS, but i can't figure out how to do it for the life of me. I don't know if ASUS is just different from everything else but i need help. Thanks!

Once you access your BIOS there will be a setting called memory mapping, memory extension or something else. Enable that setting in your BIOS to remap memory.
