I am shopping for a heatsink to replace the current one I have which came with the Processor. I am looking at this item "http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099". My specs are : AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor × 4, Motherboard M5A97R2.0, 8GBs of RAM, Nvidia 650 Ti GTX, Power supply 630, with dual booting of WIndows 7 and Ubuntu 13.10. All I would like to know is if the everything is compatable. Thank you for your help. computer case is a Thermaltake Versa I System Cabinet, Part # VO600A1N3N.

I see no reason as to why it wouldn't be, unless you have some sort of trouble fitting it in your motherboard. If your ram isn't fancy and huge i think you should be fine. Oh, also check that your case is big enough to fit it.
