how do i fix my windows 7 asus i think it is stuck in some a loop? please help asap!

It starts up, then go's to a screen that say says "window's is loading files...", then say "sarting windows", then it go's to a "ASUS" screen, then repeats over and over and over. (i think it stuck in a start up loop or a reboot loop of some kind) (please help asap) thank you, Wayne S...

what does that mean? i canot do anythimg at all exept hit esc an go to a menu that gives me 2 options to boot from but i have no windows disk an the other does not work or i can go to a setup menu but it seems to no good as well can u please walk me thru step by step i can call u if need be
