I have an apevia x-dreamer 4 and had it all put together pretty sloppy. I wanted to make it neater so I did tonight but in the process of cutting the old zip ties I accidentally snipped the front fan molex and temperature readout molex that's on the front panel. I'm bummed but lessons are learned as this is my first build.

I won't be overclocking at all so how necessary is my front fan? The case has two 120mm on top and one 120mm in back and a 200mm on the side.

Also I assume the temperature readout isn't necessary either?

I plan on getting a new case but I want to make sure this is still useable

A soldering iron is $10.
However, since you don't currently have one, I'd suggest getting a roll of random wire and practice stripping and joining.
And get a packet of heatshrink to go over the exposed joint.
