My keyboards keep typing number 2 without stop

This just started an hour ago. I'll be doing normal stuff on my computer and suddenly my usb keyboard starts typing "2" all by itself. I installed a ps2 keyboard and after several minutes it too started doing the exact same thing! The only thing that makes it stop is rebooting, but then it starts up again after a few minutes. Definitely not a dirty keyboard. Weirdest darn bug I've ever seen.

I'm on Windows 8 x64, but don't think that matters. I've also tried removing my keyboards from Device Manager, but that didn't solve it either.

Hi, my computer is doing the same with a different number, and my previous computer did the same with the delete key (you can imagine the consequences). Any computer I use has this problem after about half a year using it, and after a while other keys join in typing on its own. Not every time though I start my computer, often it starts after a few minutes using it.
I have reinstalled Windows, I have reinstalled the BIOS also and nothing changed it. Then I have started on a new computer with only using UBUNTU, but after half a year the problem came back. I really don't know what to do about it...
