Hi, recently I've been noticing a lot of lag and random CPU usage spikes. My mouse cursor would get stuck and then change to the test insertion or a completely different cursor like the hand cursor or the drag cursor. I go to the task manager and see that my CPU usage hits even 100% for no apparent reason. I thought it was a virus and then i did a complete root scan. No viruses found. I reinstalled windows. Still the same thing is happening. I thought it was because of excess heat, so I did a complete thorough cleaning of my cabinet and removed a lot of dust.... It's still happening. I've had my PC for over 3 years now. Could it be due to the fact that my processor is worn out?
