ok im about to build my first pc soon and these are the parts i already have
1) PSU: Corsair TX650M
2) Case: Corsair C70
3) GPU: MSI Radeon 7870 GHz edition 2GB
the parts im about to buy are
1) MoBo: ASRock 990fx Killer
2) CPU: FX-6350
3) H100i CPU liquid cooler
4) boot drive: Corsair Neutron Series 120GB SSD
5) data drive: Corsair Neutron Series 480GB SSD
will this all work together?

Yes, all of those components will work together. The C70 is a great case in my opinion, I have one with an h100i installed, I don't remember for sure but I don't think I was able to use the stock holes in the top for the radiator, I may have had to use some of the vent holes for some of the screws.

thx cause when i checked the asrock page for RAM compatability their list was so small but i had been reading of people using ram that wasnt on the list. other things i read said the CPU determines what RAM you can use
