Haha they don't know what they're talking about. What is the GTX770 going to bottleneck exactly? Why wouldn't a B85 motherboard support an i5 4570? Partpicker told me the build uses aprox. 413w but there's nothing wrong with a little overhead so an upgrade to 600w wouldn't hurt.
