if yes, which mobos are stable on heavy gaming(100-180$) , i watched videos on youtube huge fps drops on msi z87 g45 build (gtx 770 30-80fps)

Motherboard doesn't affect in FPS if you want good cheap board look at ASRock Z87 Extreme4 or if you can go for 190$ think about Asus Maximus VI Hero!
