Trying to book a hire car in UK via sky scanner, 121 or economy bookings.com it lets me into their sites but either won't load to search or won't let me book when I find one

try a different browser. ie9/10/11 should work as there the current standard. if they still cant load up the page then its likely the site is full of errors.
