Hey guys recently. Bought a nepton 280l liquid cooler and after i installed it my mother board had an error code 15 , and it says in the manual "pre memory north bridge initialization is started. There is nothing on my monitor it keeps restarting every 30 seconds and only the pump and fans turn on

Check over all the connections, you must have jarred something loose or broke something during setup of the cooling system. Reseat the CPU as well. If you are overclocking, stop and see if that helps.
Really the only reason you'd have issues right after installing something new, during setup something went wrong. Need to go over the build fully to try to find out what.
