Im upgrading with this pc: HP Pavilion p6654y. ive upgraded the psu, gpu, and ram. trying to decide between a pc case, a higher psu (at 400w), and a motherboard. i have a fan blowing on the open side cause im afraid of overheating and i hear a noise when gaming if its not(why im thinking of a newer psu). i believe that this motherboard is good but not sure if its actually using all 4 cores it should though right? and a case to make it look cool. i guess you could say ive put 200 into this pc lol and maybe eventually a ssd.

How much is your budget? PSU: Corsair CX430 430w 80+ Bronze
Case: CoolerMaster Storm Enforcer.
I don't think the motherboard is the one that uses the cores it's the programs that are running. (Although I'm not too sure)
And if you consider an ssd I like the Samsung 840 Evo series, they're great ssds

It should do, I think every power supply comes with one and your graphics card should have come with an adapter if it doesn't have a connector, but I think it should.
