Am I able to make use of an old ATI Video Card for a 3rd Monitor Setup?

Hello,
I've recently obtained an old ATI R9250PCI Radeon Video card:

And I was wondering if I would be able to use this card as a way to setup my TV as a 3rd monitor set up.

Current Specs:
Intel Core i5-2500K
EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 570
BIOSTAR TP67XE Intel P67 SATA mobo
OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W PSU
Windows 7 Home Premium

Currently I run a dual-monitor setup on 2 - ViewSonic VX2250wm-LED Black 21.5" Monitors, however with the GTX570, it only allows me to have two display's active at a time. So would adding this video card to my motherboard and connecting a display, allow me to make use of a 3rd monitor?

Thanks!

Oh really? What would be the conflicts running AMD and the NVIDIA?
And I'll definitely look into that! Because anyway, I can't even seem to find a driver to install to allow the ATI R9250PCI to work..
It always goes completely undetected, and even after installing driver's I've found on their website. Maybe I am not finding the correct one?

I feared that, it's probably just best to admit this card is a no go and to just buy a new cheaper NVIDIA card to add on my 3rd display.
