I want to buy basic laser printer with low printing cost and can be refilled at home by user.
Can be mono chrome or color printer.
No need for scanner, fax etc.
NO NEED for high speed, high resolution, wifi, duplex.
JUST BASIC PRINTER
Please suggest.

I am from India; will try to find out the seller for the model you will recommend.. Budget not an issue.. What do you mean by "I wouldn't worry about the "can be refilled at home by user""...

I don't think Dell sells that one anymore, but there are similar ones.

For the 'refilled at home' part, if you're talking about actually refilling the toner, I wouldn't bother. Messy job. As said, I've only had to replace 1 cart for $45. $6/year.
