Hi.. This is my first rig. And only from notes haven't ordered anything yet. It says that ddr3-2133and i5-4670k arent compatible because ddr3-2133 runs at 1.6v while the i5-4670 only runs at 1.575 max. I saw some pc with the same MRAM and cpu. How did they do it?

** This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

The statement is saying that it MAY run at a reduced clock rate or require more than Intel recommended voltages, it doesn't say that it will. Those compatibility messages are not always correct, more like a safe guideline.

To be safe you can always stick to parts that the vendors list as being compatible.
