Prime95 need help

I have prime95 going and if I put a custom setting on to test the ram at 7600gb because windows uses 400gb it locks up on me.I have 8 gigs of ram I can use 7200gb and windows is at 400gb used ram already so it shows 7600gb so I can test on all 8 stick and it is stable.I don't know if it is prime95 doing this or my oc is not stable and why would it lock up. Would a unstable oc lock up a computer if it goes past 8gb of ram on the prime 95 test because it can use 7600 gbs of ram so that is working with all 8 sticks.

Ok cool and after I get done this last test of prime95 I will run arma 3 that hits all 8gbs of ram. I hope it will not crash on me that would suck this oc looks stable and thanks for the help. :)

So do you think it is just prime95 crashing it because I put the ram test up too much.I would hate if I had a program on and it was at a the max of 8gb ram and crashed like this prime95 does and locks up on me.I would have thought you could set the prime95 test at even a higher setting for ram and it would only use the ram that you have and not lock up if maybe lag a bit because it would be over stressing it.
