Hi! I recently bought an Asus GTX 760 this February and after awhile of smooth gaming I left the game idle and when I came back the game slowed down; delaying the sounds and movement then when I moved the mouse the game went normal again, I turned off my computer and checked the GPU and smelled somewhat of burnt metal inside. My case has no cooler whats so ever only 2 built in fans (Antec 100). I was wondering if can it be repaired/fixed or ill just void its warranty? Thanks for the answer! Advise rather.

That's a very dumb idea. Having no airflow in a case is a great way to ruin components. Before you do anything, add some fans to your case. As for burning the card, some warranties only cover factory defects. Anything you may have done to the card can be considered outside the warranty.
