Can not adjust HD7850 TO UHD resolution (photo)
HD7850 video card and try to connect to a TV Samsung F9000 4K

Video card does not have an option at all for transmission over 1080P,
The driver gives a lot of resolutions but not over 1080P .

AMD warrants that the card does work on 4K to 30 FPS

How can target profile 4K resolution or similar? Via HDMI 1.4A

You may need to lower the frame rate to 30Hz to use 4K.

Failing that, you can set a custom resolution.

Can not get 4K 24HZ OR 30HZ
There's no choice over 1080P

Actually, it is related to you. HDMI is basically DVI with slightly changed clocks and some extra pins for audio.
