So,I'm from India and my budget is Rs.60000...I'm going to buy all this parts from http://www.junglee.com...
So is their any issue in my build?

HDD - no idea... Please suggest some under my budget.

And i want to know is this build going to run all latest games at ultra settings on 1080p resolution at 30 - 40 frames per seconders?
 
The RAM is not compatible. You want 240-pin DIMMs. SO-DIMMs are laptop RAM, and won't fit. Also, try to go for at least DDR3-1600.

I'd get an Antec or Seasonic instead of the Corsair. They cheaped out on the caps, so could fail early.

Either a WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda. Whatever size you think you'll need, but probably at least 500GB.
