Hello friends,I have a problem with my GPU.First the specs:
-EVGA GTX 660Ti SC 3GB
-Intel i5 4670
-Gigabyte B85-HD3
-Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 1600Mhz
-Inter-Tech Combat Power 550W PSU

And now the problem:
Everytime I play a game that requires alot of juice (like MOHW or BF3 etc.) my computer crashes with a solid color and a noise(last sound played looping for a sec or less) and the computer can't be controlled anymore and I have to shut it down by the power button.I tried to underclock the GPU with Afterburner by 25,30,45,60 and the problem still there.Once I caught the right moment to check GPU-Z and saw that the base clock was higher than the normal boost clock so I tried to underclock it.I am out of ideas. At first I thought its the PSU but I changed it with another one and still same problem.Any help is apreciated.
Update:My nvidia driver is 306.97 cause I saw many had problems with the driver so I installed an outdated version.Still the same problem.

Thanks for the answer.Yep that's my PSU but I found that the GPU is compatible with it,check this:
http://www.pc-specs.com/gpu/Nvidia/600_Series/GeForce_GTX_660_Ti_SC+_3GB_w~Backplate/1270
However you're saying that it gives juice to the GPU and there is not anymore left for the system which causes to crash in game to a solid color?Indeed it was only with 1 x pin PCie connector but I have connected the GPU with 2x6 pin PCie connector, just added another one when I had time.
What do you say about this PSU,tell me if it's alright for my system:

Yes that Corsair will be better. Or any mentioned by the Mod above.

But that spec sheet for your old PSU is either incorrect or they are playing fast and loose with saying the PSU is adequate for a GTX 660 Ti (factory OC besides). I'm going by their specs saying the +12V rail has only 18A. Unless they forgot to add that the 18A was per rail. Nevertheless, any PSU with a single PCIe 6 pin power cable is a dead give-away that it is too small for a card that requires 2.
