Radeon 4650 help

Hey guys. Sorry I had to open a new thread but people answer my question in another thread and then leave and don't read my reply. Anyway, I was going to purchase a radeon 4650 as recomeded by another user but I could use someone's help with what kind to purchase. I found a VisionTek one on Amazon but it is not low profile, and the only low profile one they have is on ebay and its been used. What do you guys think I should do? Does a slim pc need a low profile?

Didn't mean to sound whiny there guys in the beginning, just sometimes nobody stays in the discussion and just says one answer and leaves. But... sometimes they do come back like Gee Bee did and answer. Thanks for listening guys.

Do you think that my 220 watt psu could handle the R7 240? I just saw the GT 430 low profile but the 240 look better, like you said. You've been such a life-saver so far and I thank you for that. Can't wait to find a card that works. All in all with your honest opinion would you suggest the R7 240 to my 220 watt psu?

Thank you so much I do believe that I an going to purchase the 240 very very soon, I found the perfect version on Amazon. If everything goes all right then I will make sure to post it here. Thanks again for your help!
