I have selected most of the parts for my first ever pc build, though I'm still trying to decide on a graphics card. I only do light gaming, so I don't need a lot of power, buy do want to be able to play most current games on medium settings.
Based on this, I was originally looking at the Evga GeForce 750Ti. I really like how it uses low power. However, I want to be sure I'm getting the most bang for my buck...I'm open to AMD if there is something better, but I do like Nvidia's software. A SILENT fan is important to me as I do a lot of audio recording. I'm looking to spend no more than $175, and it must be able to play nice with Windows 8.1.

550w Platinum Rosewill Fortress
Asus z87i-deluxe mITX
16gb RAM, Crucial Ballistix Sport VLP
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
WD 2TB black series HD
