Yes, but the actual speed (for USB 3.0 storage devices) will vary during the transfer process, just like it does for USB 2.0 devices. In other words, don't expect USB 3.0 speeds all the time as the speed quoted is the theoretical maximum that can be achieved. In practice it will be influenced by a number of other factors.
