Will the Noctua NH-U12P fit in my build? Not sure how to tell....

I'm currently looking at a cooler for my soon-to-arrive i7-4700k. However, I'm building in an ITX machine, so my options are restricted. I'm using the BitFenix Phenom, so there is PLENTY of headroom for just about any decent air cooling tower, however, I'm concerned about space on my motherboard. I have narrowed it down to the Noctua NH-U12P and NH-U9B. I would rather go with the larger fan if I can, but there are 2 potential issues with space:

1) I'm using the ASUS z87i-Deluxe. This motherboard has a daughterboard that is perpendicular to the board itself. I'm concerned that the NH-U12P will be too wide to accommodate the daughterboard. Does anybody have this board (or the Maximus VI Impact, which has a similar daughterboard) that might know if this cooler would likely clear it? Here's a picture of the board for reference:

2) I plan to install a discrete graphics card (in all likelihood, the EVGA 750Ti). Is the larger fan likely to run into the graphics card? Again, I'm just concerned about the size of this motherboard...

Ram height won't be an issue, as I have some low profile ram that will barely stick above the socket. Any help you guys can give would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to order the larger fan only to have to return it if possible...
