is it harmful to your computer to reseat cpu often? and rethermal paste? iv been doing it alot. just wondering if thats bad for my computer, taking out the cpu from its socket alot.

only thing I can think of re applying the cooler too tight, or adding too much paste and getting it on the pins or the motherboard. Just take the proper precautions, and you should be fine. Why do you ask?
