USB doesn't work

Hello. Can you give as some more info ? Windows XP - 7 ? Laptop or Desktop ? Anyway some times there is a need to ``DISCHARGE`` the usb capacitors, and there is only one easy way to do it. First is is a laptop remove the battery and the power cord and click tha on/off button (the button you push to start the notebook and hold it pressed for 5 seconds )this while empty completely the laptop from electric power. Now In case of a desktop remove the power cord and click the start button again for 5 seconds (you may notice the fans to try to spin) this will empty the power. <----- This is a solution for some usb problems and is not always working . Please come back with more info or if it work. Have fun.
