ASUS UEFI BIOS (EZ Mode) colours

Hi guys,
I need some help, just assembled my second build. it boots to the asus bios were I'm promted to press either delete or f2 to enter EZ mode- so far so good, until I reach the EZ mode.

All I see is a blue clock, when I move the mouse the rest of the screen slowly appears in blocks as if I'm colouring my screen in like the graphics had a problem.

I have never seen this before, any help will be greatly appreciated

the problem is not with any component, but is due to connecting with HDTV. Have been seen couple of users with same problem within bios but working almost good in Windows. HDTV has problem in not displaying some part of your pc properly like UEFI. Just check with monitor, everything will be in it's place.
