Monitor Starts Rapidly Flashing Bright Colors

Sometimes when plugging in my headphones, my computer screen starts rapidly flickering with different colors. This has happened with more than one pair of headphones/earbuds, and never happens when I tap the headphone jack against the computer case first, which makes me think it is almost like the computer is being shocked a little bit. Here's a video of the monitor. Is this a problem with my graphics card, or something else entirely?

Hello, how are you? Can you try another monitor and another graphic card. Also try another jack of headphone other than the one you are using when this happens. Also what is the make and model of your motherboard?

Thank you for your reply. I will try another monitor and post if it happens again, but I don't have another graphics card to try. My motherboard is a ASUS P8Z68-V LE. If this issue occurs with the monitor, I will try plugging into the back. Once again, thanks for the tips!
