Ummmmm what temperature issue? A little more description would help me. Are you using the stock cooler? What CPU? If not the stock cooler, then what cooler? What causes it to rise? When does it happen? That would help me fix your problem.

The rise in temperature happens when I play high intensive graphic games like battlefield 4.

I have two input fan and one exaust fan.and ofcourse a CPU cooling fan of cooler master hyper 212x. I installed it last weekend.my temperature of CPU normally without any processes is about 45 to 50c.thank you in advance

Is this a sensor reading? Run some stuff, then put your hand behind the cooler. Check for hot air.

Do you have another cooler? Try installing it. How about the case airflow? Do you have any intake/exhaust fans? How fast is the cpu fan spinning?

Isn't playing intensive resource hog games increasing CPU temperature normal? At least this was the case with my Pentium 4.

I may be wrong, but I'm going to say there is nothing wrong with your temperatures. Your normal temperature of 45 seems decent. I would expect it to be a little cooler however.

As mentioned, try attaing good airflow; and ensure your computer case's air vents are not covered, or next to a wall or other objects.

I'm thinking perhaps your airflow isn't the best, as your graphics card could be affecting it; due to the mere size of the card.

All the best. :)

if everything is how it should be try removing the cpu heatsink and re applying the thermal paste

Sometimes over tightening the cooler or applying too much paste can have effect.
