Sometimes when I boot my PC, my graphics card (probably my graphics card) is bad.
By bad i mean I get lower fps in all of my games.
Sometimes when I open my games, I get really high fps.
I have an r7 260x amd and an amd 6120 cpu 3.5ghz.
I fix this problem by restarting my computer.
Please help me
