Hey everybody!
I am about to purchase the parts for a new PC build. I was hoping to purchase the parts by next week, so I am on a bit of a deadline. I need some other peoples opinions on which build I should ultimately go with. I will make this short and simple!

This build is with a GTX 770. After tax and such, it comes out to about $1150ish. You will note there is no RAM or HDD. This is because I will simply be reusing from my last build. The RAM and HDD are hardly used!

This build is with a GTX 780. After tax, this one is $1160. Again, no RAM or HDD. However, you will note that this build does not have a CPU cooler. I will be waiting out on the money for a H100i. I am in no rush to overclock, so I can wait on that.
Some of you at this point might be wondering exactly why I am even writing this in the first place. Of course, the obvious decision would be to get a GTX 780, right?
I will be gaming on a 27'' 1080p monitor running at 60Hz. I just don't know if I should spend the extra money on a GTX 780 from a GTX 770 if I am gaming at that resolution. My thoughts are just so clouded!
