Most closed loop cpu coolers have sockets for the radiator fans, so you would plug the rad fans into the waterblock that covers the cpu. Then the plug running off the waterblock plugs into the cpu fan socket (A).

If there are no sockets in the waterblock for the radiator fans to plug into (i find that hard to believe) then you can plug them into any fan socket on the motherboard.... I would suggest you use socket (D) and (E).
