Low fps in video games

Anyone got any solutions?
I play cs go, a lot, and pretty much my fps goes from 200 to 60....
I try to play Dayz, and I just cant be in cities even on the lowest resolution
When i play League of legends, when team fights break out my fps goes all the way to like 1, making my game almost freeze.

my specs
CPU : I7 930
GPU: pny gtx 660 ti 2gb
PSU crosshair 700 watts
RAM; 6 gb

You should order a cooler - hyper 212 evo is not expensive - comes with paste. Your temps will be much better and you will be able to OC your cpu. With no voltage increase you should be able to get above 3.5GHz.

You're right, it shouldn't be happening. I have almost the same video card and a weaker CPU (Phenom II 955), and I don't even have variable framerates that low. Monitor your CPU temperature in a game. The first thing to rule out is the possibility that it's overheating.

Are you in multi player games? When there is a lot of action in multi player games the cpu will have to work pretty hard. Have you looked at your cpu gpu usage. For gpu I use MSI afterburner.

Edit: I just saw your cpu temps - even at 4 GHZ my temps do not go above 70C.

I just downloaded CPUID hardware monitor here is the deal, I have pretty much 80 C, at idle. And that after I took thick layer of dust of my heat sink, also I have no thermal paste on cpu , so can that make my temperature idle at 80C?

80c isn't terrible for an i7 930 under load (max before it throttles itself down/shuts down is 100c), but it shouldn't be hitting even close to 80c on idle. A CPU can easily increase 20c once it's under load. Generally your CPU should be around 40c idle. A bit more or less doesn't matter.

Yes, lack of thermal paste can do that.
If you bought your PC prebuilt, it would already have had some applied, but it's recommended to replace it every few years, especially if your PC runs hot.
If you built your PC, it's pretty much a requirement to apply thermal paste.
