I Have a FX 8120 At 3.1Ghz stock cooled by a corsair h80 aio water cooler

With my old fan setup I got
20-35 Idle
30-60 Load (BF4)
This is with all the windows closed so about 30 degrees room temp

With my new set up I get
35-50 idle
50-70 Load (BF4)
This is with all the windows open with a temp of around 19 degrees

What can i do to cool these temps i got the cooler at the start of feb and its been great till today

Also i have the choice to get a withdrawel fan for the gpu
(http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41-VZsAV3eL.jpg)
shall i get it ?

Also my pc is in a box sort of
the link to what its in
black is where the fans are inc 2 at the back near the i/o ports

Also speed fan does nothing and my h80 speed is set to 1/3 lowest setting (still pretty loud)

Thanks

i really dont know
i wanted to see if i put cold air through the rad would it lower the cpu temps but it did the opposite

also would a withdrawal fan help ?

Well keeping the PC out in the open is always better than in a closed shelf like that, so it's really up to the amount of your floor space.
