Final Check on three Components

Hello,

I'm about to build my first pc, i am concerned about a couple of the items I have chosen and need to know if they are dimensional compatible, having read a lot of reviews and comments, i have received mixed answers, i just want to make sure they will fit together.

Components of Concern
Corsair Carbide 300r
Corsair H80i
MSI Z87-G45

i'm wanting to mount the the watercooler on the exhaust. Will this work? Or will the Motherboards heatsink get in the way, or will any other problems occur??

I see where you are coming from, one of the reviews I read said they had to re-drill the holes in there case, to make it fit others said they could squeeze it in, I just want some clarity before making the purchase.
