I ordered a new system and assembled everything.
Motherboard: MSI Z87M Gaming
Processor: Intel I5 4670K
GPU: Sapphire R9 270X 2GB
Memory: G.Skill 1866 DDR3
PSU: Cooler Master G650M 650Watt 80Plus Bronze
a SSD 240GB Mushkin and a SSHD 1TB harddisk of brand Seagate.
I was ready to fire it up and saw I had no display everthing powered up but monitor was not giving screen.
So I tested it with my old GTX580 and it worked.
I returned the Sapphire R9 270X 2GB and had a replacement went home installed the new Sapphire R9 270X 2GB and everything worked great installed Windows 8.1 64bit so far so good.
a couple of days later the shop contacted me and they told me the Sapphire 270X I returned back as defect was working so I told them that GPU was causing problems and they told me it is ok we tested the GPU 2 days benchmarking and no defects.
They told me that I must have that GPU because it had no defects and I thought ok I do crossfire.
I took the old card went home installed it and no screen.
I took out the GPU that was working and installed only the one that was causing problems nope no screen.
Tested the DVI ports and HDMI nothing.
Installed the working GPU everything ok.
I took the GPU that is causing problems took it to a fammily member and installed the GPU there and bam it works.
Came back home boom nothing.
this is driving me crazy please help.
