I have a AMD FX-8320 and an ASUS M5A97 LE R 2.0, I made sure before I bought these parts that they would be compatable and I believe they are. When I was building my machine, the Cpu wouldn't fit into the place in my motherboard. There was always one corner of the cpu that was raised while the other three were perfectly in, no matter which way I pushed on each corner the next one would pop up not allowing all 4 to set in nicely. None of the pins on my cpu are messed up, I really need to know whether it is my Cpu that is messed up or my motherboard. Thanks

You are doing something wrong, make sure you have the metal tab next to the socket lifted up and carefully check that none of the pins are bent. Anyways, you shouldn't use that CPU with that motherboard, that motherboard's VRM and 125w CPU's don't play together nicely. It will work, but you will have problems when you have the CPU at full load for an extended period of time.
