Ok so I can turn on my PC from the front power button and I can see all my fans working but when I press the power switch to turn off nothing happens. Why? THANKS.

Solution

Press the button and hold it in for around 3 seconds. I'm not 100% sure why they design the switch like this, but common sense tells me that it's a safety feature that keeps you from bumping the power button accidentally, potentially losing a LOT of unsaved data and/or causing damage to the computer. For instance, shutting down your machine in the middle of a BIOS update can really muck things up. :)

See if holding it in for a few seconds does the job.

No because I tested b4 and I could view my bios on screen

Before you do anything, go ahead and get the OS installed. After that, make sure that all drivers and the BIOS is updated. This may solve the problem.
