Good water cooling for overclocking?

I am planning on overclocking my AMD FX-8350 and i'm going to need some decent watercooling at preferably a cheap price.

I am using not the standard heat sink because the one I got for my 8350 was loud and not very good. How much does this matter? (The heatsink is one I got with my old AMD FX-4100).

I am hoping not to spend over about £60 but lower would be nice. Also I would appreciate it if you could suggest a compatible PC case (ATX).

Thanks!

if you have to stick to water coolers, then the h55 falls within the budget. Another 5 and you'll get the lq 310, which seems better. If water cooling is not essential to your build, then you should go the air cooling route.
