Get the latest one that matches your OS. Sometimes they have the last revision or beta versions. You just want the latest non beta driver most of the time.
If they list 2 of the same version, get the latest one.
Remember you do NOT need drivers or utilities you are not using. So if you have a dedicated video card you do not need the onboard Intel Graphics Accelerator drivers.
The Intel Rapid Storage manager is good to have because it will warn you if a drive starts to develop smart errors.
