I'm looking forward to get a Gigabyte AM3+ AMD DDR3 1333 760G HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX Motherboard GA-78LMT-USB3.

GPU: Asus GTX 760 DCU2
CPU: FX 6350
PSU: Cooler Master i700
RAM: (All I know is that it's a Samsung 4GB (1x4) total: 16GB
HDD: Samsung HD204UI 2TB

I don't know what brand Samsung my RAM is but if you guys need it I'll check it tonight. THANKS!

P.S, I'm also wondering if my new mobo( listed above ) will allow my GPU to work without a bios flash. I've had toooo much trouble with my previous MOBO to flash it.

Solution
Yes, all is compatible. The MB will need a F3 BIOS to recognize the FX-6350: http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4305
If you are buying it new from a retailer that has a fast turn over (like Newegg or Amazon), chances are very good that it will have the latest BIOS. That is a popular low end board for the FX processors.

If you get a board that has an older BIOS, all is not lost. For around $30 or less you can pick up a used Sempron single core to flash the BIOS with and then resell the Sempron. Just be sure it is a Sempron that fits the AM3 socket. There are alot of AM2 and older Semprons out there too...

You're better off with a 970 chipset motherboard. The 970 chipset motherboards can fully utilize the Vishera processors, especially if you want to overclock (which you should since AMD processors are meant to be overclocked). The Asus M5A97 R2.0 is a really good 970 chipset motherboard, but it's more on the expensive side. For something a bit cheaper, consider the ASRock 970 Extreme3.

Ok, but after reading some posts, some say the current motherboards should have F3 bios, which I hope. And I don't have much money left to buy a sempron. And yes I'm buying them online ^_^. The seller is amazon, and hopefully they have the latest bios.

Realchaos, are you trying to say my motherboard isn't compatible with Vishera CPUs, or does it like reduce the performance. Because all I need a FX 6350 to stop my bottleneck of a GTX 760. >~< because I'm pretty sure everything maxed out on GTA 4 giving me 25 frames is not normal

Well, the 6350 just went up $10 and that's past my line, so I'm guessing I'll go with the 6300. It's the same, right? But it's factory overclocked? I hate overclocking with bios because it always gives me a blue screen even with a lot more voltage.

We'll since I'm buying it online, with only $200, I'll be able to buy a 970 chipset one :). An MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard North Bridge AMD 970 & South Bridge AMD SB950 Chipset ATX DDR3 800 AMD AM3+ Motherboards (970A-G46) is good right? But I don't know if MSI is better than gigabyte. Also, may you also find if this motherboard is compatible with all my parts again without bios flash?

I will still go with the FX-6300 with a 970 chipset motherboard. Then in the future you can get an aftermarket cpu cooler for like ~$20-30 (when you get more money) and you can overclock the 6300 to way past the 6350 levels. Not only that but you'll still have a superior motherboard.
If you always end up with blue screen when you try to manually overclock, you might want to consult some people about that. You might be doing something wrong.

If you can move up to the 970 chipset, great. That will let you wring the most performance from the FX-6300. I have used several MSI and Gigabyte boards over the years. They are both fine, but I favor Gigabyte over MSI... all else being equal. List the boards you are considering.

I'm low on budget so that won't work

Some MSI boards are decent, some are not. The MSI 970 chipset motherboards aren't that great, IMHO, especially if you plan to overclock as your overclock will be limited due to the VRMs. Heck, I would even recommend the Biostar TA970 over the MSI board. It's in a bundle with the 6300 at Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1571072&clickid=wXY1URUvo3LYRT1x27Sx42aoUkTQ0PU91Tir0o0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

Ugh.. I've got bad news, so my case can only fit a motherboard that's 10 inches in length. But I've found a MSI Computer Corp. AMD 760G Micro ATX DDR3 1333 AM3+ Motherboards 760GM-E51 (FX)
I've seen reviews on Amazon that it doesn't support FX 8000 series. Hopefully it'll support 6000 series. I'll ask my dad if he can buy me a new case for my birthday and hopefully buy the gigabyte one instead. This is a nightmare -,-
