I have a nice comp I just bought ive already blown 1 psu and looking for HELP

My computer specs

Operating System:Windows 2.6.1.7601 (Service Pack 1)
CPU Type:Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E8600 @ 3.33GHz
CPU Speed:3.36 GHz
System Memory:8.59 GB
Video Card Model:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 TiVideo
Card Memory:4.25 GB
Ram: 8.00 GB
PSU: 680 Watt APEVIA

need to know what kinda of psu and wattage for this to run WITHOUT OVER HEATING AND BLOWING UP!!! I have a temp gage on my comp case and it always shows 122 DEGREES F!! help please

As long as it is more then 450w and complies with at least 80 plus bronze, search on your usual channels and see what they recommend.

That's 50℃. A little warm, not too bad.

Apevia makes crap PSUs. Look for something 550W+ from the second link in my sig.

im currently looking at a 500 watt 80+ bronze EVGA psu any thoughts?

I'd mainly be looking at the 550W XFX Pro, but that's at least a big step up from the Apevia.

go with a 550w+ PSU 80+ bronze certified or superior from reliable brands like Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, etc.

ok ill check them out I just don't wanna blow up another psu and if it does go I don't want any other components hurt in it / my failure
