Its very hard to do without the proper equipment. There is a high chance you will destroy the motherboard, especially if its your first time.

Most people literally fry their motherboard trying to get the GPU off the motherboard.

This is a good video, although I don't recommend you actually do this:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VTAU647jzzk

I understand, but that's the only way i found to repair the gpu.
Even on ebay there is only a motherboard (used) around $220.

I did a reflow, but after few days i had the same trouble.

What should i do ?

HOW TO REPAIR A GRAPHIC CHIP ON YOUR MOTHERBOARD.
TRY THIS AS A LAST CHANCE
Today we will learn the cheapest way of repairing your graphic chip set on your motherboard, which comes built in with the motherboard. Once the graphic chip is damaged you have to replace your mobo in most of the cases ie. Intensive use of graphic software. So most of the people change the laptop itself instead of changing the motherboard because laptop motherboards are very expensive when compared to the Desktop ones. If you are just using your laptop for basic works which doesn’t involve much of graphics like browsing, watching movies, etc.. you can get it repaired. But the service person doesn’t give you any guarantee even after repair, and every time you go you need to pay the service charges which is around INR 1000.00. which is waste of money and time. So just learn how to repair the graphic chip on your own which will save you both time and money. No need to throw your old laptop and go for the new one.
All this started with my Toshiba C650D laptop. All of a sudden it stopped working one day. I took to the service centre. Hetold me that it is graphic chip problem and even after repairing there is no guarantee for how long it can work. As there is no alternative I got it done . It just lasted a week , again I took it to him, ( this time he didn’t charge me but said next time there wont be any free service.) Again after 10 days it stopped working. Now there is no other alternative for me either to swap the MOBO or the laptop.
I really thank all those who has posted their way of repairing the Graphic chip over the internet. Some use oven, some use hot air gun for the repair, which are not readily available and cannot invest just for one motherboard. What ever tools they use the process is the same----- heating the graphic chip on the motherboard. So lets see how we ourself can do it with minimum resources.
Basic Requirements:
1. Patience to do and curiosity to learn new.
2. Another laptop / desktop with Internet Connection.
3. Screw driver set to dismantle the laptop.
4. A magnifying glass.
5. Sun Light.
Now using the other system browse and learn how to dismantle your laptop. Be confident while doing any repair works. Once you dismantle your laptop pull out the motherboard, identify the graphic chip on your motherboard. Clean the cooling component on the motherboard. Remove hard disk, Ram, and even the Cmos battery.
Now the actual process (Reflowing your graphic chip )…… most of us know how to burn paper using a magnifying glass. Same way we heat the Graphic chip. Do not concentrate at one particular point. Heat the whole graphic chip so that it gets heated evenly. You need to heat it just for 3 to 5 min. Let it cool for some time. Now re assemgble back and switch on your laptop. Now it should start smoothly else again remove your mobo and try again.
I have succeeded this way and for past 2 months I am using my laptop with out any problem.
Note.
1. There is every chance of ruining your Mobo . So let this be a last chance while trying.
2. In no case I will be laid responsible for any damage caused for your lapop.
