Windows Crashes/stuck in a loop after installing updates

I set the restore point back to an earlier point, however, in the morning my computer reinstalled the updates and it got stuck again!! What should I do. It's working now, but I am afraid to go to bed??

Before turning your computer off, go to windows update. On the left side, click update settings. Then change it to "check for updates, but don't install them" That will prevent automatic updating. Next, go down the update list one at a time until you find out which update is causing the issue. Once you find it, simply right click it, then select "hide update" Now you can turn auto updating back on and it shouldn't have a problem.
