I am working my first build and I found this motherboard here -
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157329

I noticed that it is a micro ATX which is compatible with a case I found here -
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156281&clickid=wPI3lUyUjwxkUbPwDT1ZRzIcUkTT7gW9TWZPwA0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

But after looking at the ports on the case, it didn't look like I would be able to take full advantage of the variety of ports on the motherboard, if this is the "case" (bad pun) then what cases are compatible with the motherboard and how could I tell for myself in the future? Thanks in advance for any replies, I really appreciate it!

the motherboard is gonna fit. if the case says micro-atx compatible, the motherboard will fit, with all back panel inputs available.
the motherboard will come with a backplate that will cover the back of the case, and the case will have a space big enough for it.

notice the big hole on back, near the left of fan, thats where the inputs go.
