It was fine before, I don't know what happened.
Everything is terribley slow from opening things like files or google chrome, 1-15 fps in games that I normally have 50-120 (LoL), to youtube or anything. I ran a quick scan of malwarebytes and avast and am now doing a full scan on avast. Any ideas?

My specs:
4x2 ram
amd 8120 cpu
7950 3gb gpu
1 tb hard drive
w7 home premium 64 bit

I already did a scan with avast and antimalwarebytes, so if I did I wouldn't know. Also I haven't downloaded anything too recently besides gyazo which I just uninstalled.

if it suddenly got slow then your CPU wouldn't be a factor in it. The hard drive could affect this but that would mean it's running at a very low RPM which is highly unlikely. the PSU could be the fault to the slow RPMs but even this is more unlikely because if the hard drive ran slower than its engineered to then it would fail.

Putting the CPU back to factory settings won't make a different. I could understand if you got these slow response times after OCing like literally a day or two after but you said it suddenly got slow.

Try the programs I gave you and give us your results

Run memtest. If you get errors, boom faulty RAM stick. Or physically try each RAM stick separately. If having one RAM stick alleviates your problems while the other does not, then there you go. Also is your hdd defragged and not completely full? Try out those. Software-wise you can try running ad-aware as well. Good Luck.
