Thank you so much for the help, and yes I'm very open to suggestions. My budget at the moment is between 400-550 dollars. The power supply and Graphics card are actually what I already own as well.

Oh ok well I really recommend upgrading that power supply. Sadly those were the first two parts I was going to recommend changing. Maybe you could sell them and get some build money back?

Here's a good way to spend $550

Maybe if you could sell your parts, you could spend a little more and get the 8GB or RAM and maybe a better psu.

The price seems about right, I'm just not familiar with intel processors or GEforce cards, I've always gone with AMD processors and Graphics cards. The build you just said though, how is it in terms of gaming and upgradability?

Well it's a huge upgrade over your initial build list. The i5 4570 is way better than a FX6300. The GTX750ti is about as good as the HD7850 so it's also a lot better than the HD7750. You could go a lot longer without needing to upgrade with this build also. You should probably pay another $20 on a psu now, if you're wanting to upgrade the build in the future. A solid 500w 80+ bronze psu can be found for about $39 that would support much stronger video cards. You could get another 4GB stick of RAM at anytime.

Thank you for the help, would it matter if I got the G.SKILL RAM or is there a better brand to go with in this build?

G.Skill RAM is fine. I'm using G.SKill in my most current build. I chose that Crucial Ballistix Sport based on price/performance. If you went with 8GB (2x4GB) I would go with the G.Skill Ares 1600mhz for $65. I would not pay much extra for G.Skill over that Crucial 4GB stick though.

Alright and final question, Do I need to get the Windows 8.1 OEM system builder or just windows 8.1?
