DIMM Asus MOBO LED Help

Ok so my PC would boot up earlier and shows the BIOS screen. I opened it to change the DIMM slots and now it shows the DIMM LED flash constantly whenever I boot. It shows no signal on monitor. Everything else works. I tried to move the DIMM around and reseat it countless times. It doesnt look broken. I try pressing the memok button but the LED just flashes and starts blinking fast then goes back to blinking constantly. My mono is Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 HELP PLEASE!

Pull the DRAM, unplug, reset the CMOS, reinstall the DRAM, plug it back in and give it a try

Whats cmos and how do I do that. I tried taking off this insulating plastic off 2 out of 3 pins and shifting it over one pin so the plastic covers the two right pins instead of the left ones. IDK if thats CMOS but it didnt work.

Directions should be in your mobo manual, as an alternative can remove the mobo battery for a few minutes w/ the Power supply unplugged then replace the battery - if it has reset, you will need to set the proper date and time in the BIOS
